After careful consideration, Dawn Klassen from All Creatures has selected Phoebe, a 13-week-old Bearded Collie, as the deserving recipient of this prestigious title.
Phoebe's owner, Jocelyn, shared glowing remarks about her beloved pet, stating, "Phoebe is full of spunk. She loves shoes, hugs, kisses, herding cats, and chewing everything in sight."
