The province reported 10 more deaths from COVID-19 on Tuesday afternoon, raising Saskatchewan's total fatality count to 726.

It was another day with another record for hospitalizations, as an increase of 15 has 340 people in hospital. Of those, 267 are receiving inpatient care and 73 are in intensive care.

On the flip side, 242 new cases was the lowest single-day total reported since 200 were announced August 30. The seven-day average for daily new cases dropped by 30 to 427.

Four new cases were in Estevan's South East Sub Zone 4, dropping its active count from 101 to 98. There were 14 new cases across the South East, bringing its total to 280 active cases.
