A blood test will determine whether a man who might have been driving high will face criminal charges.
Estevan Police Service Cst. Lana Gropp said police administered an oral-fluid device on a 26-year-old man they thought might be impaired by marijuana.
"[The] driver was subsequently taken to hospital for blood tests when the instrument provided a positive result for drugs," said Gropp. "Analysis will be performed to determine his level of impairment."
Results from the blood test will determine whether charges are laid.
