The province says there were 327 new cases of the COVID-19 virus in Saskatchewan on Wednesday, with only nine of those in Estevan's South East Sub Zone 4.

The active case count for Sub Zone 4 now sits at 132. In the entire South East Zone, there were 12 new cases confirmed on Wednesday bringing the active total up to 306.

Province wide, there are now 4,423 active cases.

The seven-day average for new cases is currently at 465, according to the province.

Since the pandemic began, there have been 73,057 active cases in Saskatchewan, with 764 deaths.
