The Estevan Bruins continued their winning ways Tuesday night, disposing of the Notre Dame Hounds 9-0 in Wilcox, Sask.

Defenceman Dayton Deics led the way for the Bruins with a hat trick, while Mark Rumsey added two goals, bringing his league-leading total up to 26.

The Bruins scored six times in the second period and went 4-6 on the powerplay.

Forward Jamie Valentino opened the scoring in the first period, his first goal as an Estevan Bruin.

Goaltender Boston Bilous was perfect, making 31 saves.

With the win the Bruins move into sole possession of first place in the SJHL. 

They'll take on the Humboldt Broncos on Saturday night in Humboldt.
