Canada Post has issued today a red delivery service alert for Estevan due to inclement weather and snow.

A red service alert means that Canada Post is suspending delivery for the day and not sending their delivery agents out or recalling them.

Delivery is set to resume once conditions improve, with Canada Post stating the safety of their employees is the number one priority.

Service alerts can also be found posted on their Delivery service alerts webpage, which lists all active and archived alerts and updates.

Customers are encouraged to clear the ice from their walkways, stairs, and driveways, to ensure safe access to the front door for both their visitors, as well as their mail carriers when service resumes.

Customers with questions regarding mail delivery can contact Canada Post's Customer Service team online at canadapost.ca/support or by telephone at 1-866-607-6301.
