Your keepsake may be beautiful, but it's often the story behind it that has so much meaning.

Those stories are what we hope you'll share now that we're in the holiday season.

DiscoverEstevan.com's Christmas Keepsakes is underway. This is your chance to submit a photo and description of your favourite keepsake - maybe an ornament, locket, or bracelet - for a chance to win a gift card.

You can now enter your submissions on the Christmas Keepsakes page (click here to go to the page). Starting on December 14, you'll be able to vote on your favourite keepsakes (including your own) as many times as you'd like, to determine the winner. 

The top-three vote getters each win a prize. Up for grabs are $50 gift cards to A & A Jewellery, Canadian Tire, and Rodeo Dawg. (The person with the most votes gets the first choice of gift cards. The person with the second-most gets the second choice.)

The last day to make your submission is December 19.
