SaskPower reported at 3:41 Thursday morning that workers were sent to determine the cause and repair time for an outage in Handsworth, Corning, west of Hazelwood, and the surrounding rural area.
The area affected is highlighted in red on the map from their website.
The utility is also planning an outage in the southeast on Friday. Customers northeast of Oxbow could see their lights go out between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
