Farmers are reporting that nine percent of crops have been combined with nineteen percent lying in the swath ready to be straight combined.

Haying is still a work in progress throughout the Southeast with 94% bailed and 50% of second cut bailing already completed.

 

Some damages reported were bleaching and staining due to the rain, insect damage and a few fungal disease infestations.

 

Twelve percent of barley, 4% of canola, 12% of mustard, 35% of lentils, 41% of peas and 6% of chick peas have already been combined in the southeast.
