The Estevan Police Service dedicated a good portion of their weekend investigating a man from the Regina Police Service's wanted list believed to be in Estevan, leading to Tyler John Crabbe's arrest around 4 a.m. Monday.
The 40-year-old man was wanted by the Regina police for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
"Estevan Police Service was made aware from Regina Police Service that an individual from Regina that had warrants for arrest out of Regina and on their most wanted list was possibly in the city of Estevan," said EPS Sgt. Kevin Reed. "Throughout the weekend, we [investigated] and we were able to arrest him... around 4 this morning. He's in custody here and will be transported to Regina."
The Regina Police Service added Crabbe to their wanted list on Saturday.
