EPS called to 'threat with a weapon' at downtown residence Thursday

The Estevan Police Service reported three calls from Thursday, including a call to a residence in the downtown core over a reported threat with a weapon.

Police spoke with all the parties involved, and determined the report was unfounded.

The EPS also attended an apartment complex for a report of a domestic altercation. One party left of his own accord. A 29-year-old woman was arrested for failing to comply with the conditions of her release order. She was released to speak to her charges in December.

Police also responded to a domestic at a Pleasantdale-area residence, which remains under investigation.
