Following an investigation conducted by the Estevan Police Service’s Drug Intelligence Unit, a search warrant was authorized under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for a residence in the Willow Park Greens area on April 21.

Members of the Weyburn/Estevan Police Service Joint Tactical Support Team were deployed to gain access to the residence.

Two Adult males were arrested at the scene without incident and officers seized a large number of substances believed to be Heroin, Ecstasy, Xanax, and Ketamine. The street value for the seized substances is estimated at $40,000.

As a result of this investigation, Tristen Stuckey (25) of Estevan, SK has been charged with the following offences:

  • Trafficking Heroin
  • Possession of Heroin for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Trafficking Ecstasy
  • Possession of Ecstasy for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Trafficking Xanax
  • Possession of Xanax for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Trafficking Ketamine
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Ketamine

He has been remanded into custody and will appear in court Monday, April 25th. The second male subject was released without charges.
