Meanwhile, the 14UM squad finished 2nd in their pool play and earned a spot in the championship bracket at the SaskCup 2 in Warman.

On Sunday they saw some tough matches with multiple games heading to 3rd sets.

The 14UM team finished the weekend earning a 7th place finish with a 3rd set win over JCVC Red.

Head Coach Bryton Such says that the 14UM team didn't get to where they wanted but still played well.

"This weekend was not the result that our team wanted for placing. That being said, the boys showed moments of being one of the best teams there. When we play our style of volleyball, we are a very formidable team. We have some work to do before provincials, but I am super proud of the progress that our boys have made over the season so far!"
