A pair of men have October court dates after weekend arrests by the Estevan Police Service.

A release from the EPS said they responded to an assault complaint in the Pleasantdale area on Saturday that resulted in a 37-year-old Estevan man being charged.

He was released under the condition that he not contact the alleged victim, and will appear in Estevan Provincial Court in October.

Police also arrested a 31-year-old man that had outstanding warrants from the Moose Jaw Police Service. He has a court date in the Moose Jaw area in October.

And EPS received a complaint of a missing 31-year-old man from Lloydminster that was working in the area on Saturday. The man was found in the early-morning hours Sunday, and was okay.
