After a highly successful luncheon in Estevan, Todd and Lara Moroz are inviting everyone to experience ranch life with their second annual Run the Ranch event. The pair joined Daniel on the SUN 102 morning show to share some details about the event.

"We've talked about Broken Arrow so much. Now, folks, it's time for you to come and visit," Todd Moroz proclaimed.

The event will be held at the Broken Arrow Youth Ranch, nestled in the Wood Mountain area of Saskatchewan, with a variety of run options for competitors of all ages and abilities. "We have three beautiful courses: 3-kilometre, 4-kilometre and 5-kilometre trails, which we've been told are some of the best people have run," revealed Todd Moroz. A 'backyard challenge' will also be available for more experienced runners. "On every hour for six hours, they're going to be doing a 5-kilometre run to see who can win."

Of course, for every good event you have to have great food. Lara Moroz stated that the Run the Ranch event will have food available throughout the day and also feature fun activities for the whole family. "We have a petting zoo with many different animals and a lot of baby animals. We're going to have a great slip-and-slide. We have hay rides, and we will have musical entertainment throughout the afternoon and into the evening. We're going to end the night off with an old-fashioned wiener roast and s'mores."

Run the Ranch will take place on June 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with a cost of $75 for competitive participants.

"It's a $75 package which includes all kinds of prizes," noted Todd Moroz. "But for the ranching experience event for the family, this is a free opportunity. Of course, we're a charity that functions all on fundraising and donated dollars, so we always welcome donations, but we just want people to come out and enjoy the Broken Arrow experience."
