The Estevan Police Service made arrests for a variety of matters Tuesday night.
EPS Sgt. Kevin Reed said police were called to a local business for a 38-year-old male who wouldn't leave a bathroom.
The man had taken a number of items into the bathroom for the purpose of stealing them.
"When police got him out of the washroom, they found him in possession of a bunch of items that he had removed the packaging and concealed them on his person," said Reed. "And he had a child's infant stroller with him, and he had strapped the items to the stroller so that he could walk out the front door without being caught."
The suspect did not have a child with him.
A 23-year-old Estevan man was arrested for aggravated assault and forcible confinement.
Reed confirmed it was from the same incident that led to four people being charged last week.
A 27-year-old Estevan man was charged with sexual assault, and released for court in January.
And a 63-year-old Estevan man was arrested for indecent acts. This followed a weekend complaint. He was released on conditions for a January court appearance.
Police were also called to a break-and-enter to a detached residential garage in the east end of the city, which remains under investigation, and a noise complaint in the city core.
