Icy road conditions continue to plague drivers around Energy City.

The Estevan Police Service responded to a crash between two vehicles on Highway 39 Tuesday night near Sister Roddy Road.

EPS Cst. Danielle Stephanie said they are still investigating the collision.

"Road conditions at the time were extremely icy. Minor injuries were reported. And both vehicles required to be towed from the scene."

Roddy said it's imperative that you take it easy on the streets.

"We'd just like to remind the public to drive for road conditions. I think right now it's probably safe to drive about 35 to 45 kilometres per hour, and even then you may still slide around."
