The Saskatchewan boys baseball team is coming home from the Canada Summer Games with some hardware.

The boys team beat BC 6-5 over the weekend to capture a bronze medal in Niagara, Ontario.

Callum Hollinger, who plays for the South East Twins, drove in a key run in the top of the seventh inning which proved to be the difference after BC got one in the bottom half.

Hollinger was one of three Twins players who suited up for their province, with Carter Beck and Sutter Balog also wearing the green and white.

Saskatchewan had lost to Ontario in the semi-finals, who went on to beat Alberta in the finals to capture the gold medal.

Saskatchewan has now won 10 medals at the games, including six silver and four bronze.
