Several conditions impacting early-morning commute

Like Wednesday, and much of the previous week, fog is greeting early-morning travellers in the southeast on Thursday.

The Highway Hotline was updated at 5:01 a.m. to say visibility is reduced throughout Highway 39, from the US border through Estevan to Moose Jaw. 

Highway 18 to the east and west of Estevan and Highway 47 from the border through Estevan past Stoughton are among the areas listed with reduced visibility.

Some early-morning snow and freezing on the roads is also affecting the roads.
