A fresh blanket of snow isn't leading to pretty travel conditions in the southeast Monday morning.

The province's Highway Hotline was updated overnight to say winter conditions exist on all highways in and out of Estevan.

Loose and swirling snow, along with icy and slippery areas, specifically, are listed.
