In the midst of a winter wonderland on December 8, amidst a heavy snowstorm, SUN 102 brought a touch of warmth to Spruce Ridge School by celebrating November's Classroom of the Month. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the enthusiasm of Mrs. Baumann's Grade 2 class shone through, with Maddie leading the way as the deserving winner.
Out of the 22 students, only 15 were present on that snowy day, but the festive spirit prevailed as Maddie and her classmates embraced the recognition. In the Classroom of the Month video, the small but mighty group shared their Christmas wishes, adding a heartwarming touch to the celebration.
The sponsors, KFC Estevan, provided delightful meals for the class, while the Southern Plains Co-op in Estevan sweetened the day with treats and tasty drinks.
As we celebrate Maddie and Mrs. Baumann's Grade 2 class for their November win, we look forward to more Classroom of the Month experiences in the months to come.
