A stolen truck that was pursued by the Estevan Police Service (EPS) has been located, though the suspects are still on the loose.

A Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory was issued at 10:06 Thursday night, saying Estevan and Carnduff RCMP were currently patrolling for a stolen red Dodge truck that was originally pursued by the EPS.

The first advisory said the suspects "recently entered" a farmyard near Frobisher in the truck and attempted to steal another vehicle, but were "scared off" by the owner.

The license plate of the truck was not known.

A description of one of the two suspects was given. He was described as a larger bald male wearing a medical mask.

At 10:40 p.m., an update said the vehicle was believed to be in the Oxbow area, and officers were responding.

And at 12:20 a.m., police said the stolen vehicle was found in the town of Oxbow, but the suspects had not been located.
