The Push to $345,000 is Underway with the United Way Telethon

The United Way Estevan's 45th Telethon is underway at the Estevan Legion with 33 hours of entertainment scheduled.

The organization, which supports 13 member agencies, is gunning for $345,000. Last year, in a virtual edition, they raised $347,711. This year there will be a mix of recorded performances and live entertainment.

Access Communications is broadcasting the event, and you can listen in to the action on Sun 102, Rock 106, and CJ 1150 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The United Way is taking pledges and bids on items for their auction. You can pledge 306-340-GOAL (4625) or bid at 306-340-4629.
