Douglas' family sadly announces his sudden passing at St. Joseph's Hospital in Estevan, Sask. on May 13, 2023 at the age of 70. A Memorial Service for Douglas will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Hall Funeral Services in Estevan with Sandy Dalziel officiating.
