COWAN
– On Monday, August 29, Velma Cowan, late of Estevan, passed away
in Estevan at the age of 84 years. A memorial service for Velma will
be held on Tuesday, September 6 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Hall
Funeral Services, Estevan, with Mr. Doug Third officiating. Interment
will follow in the Estevan City Cemetery. Those so wishing may make
donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan Branch #60 in Velma’s
memory. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Services,
Estevan.
