SMITH

Mrs. Evelyn Smith, formerly of Gainsborough, passed away peacefully at the Sunset Haven, Carnduff on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 84. 

 

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Nancy; sons, Jeff (Toni) and Gene (Cathy); grandchildren, Joel (Whitney), Brett (Tanys), Krysta (Dan), Daniel, and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Rachel, Emma, and Kara; sister-in-law, Cynthia Raymond; nephew, John Raymond; nieces, Cathie Raymond, Betsy Nolan, and Patti Mundell. 

 

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Smith; infant daughter, Karen; parents, Lionel and Anna (Blezy) Raymond; brother, Marcel Raymond. 

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church, Carnduff, SK. on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Father Melchor Samonte as Mass Celebrant. A time of lunch and visiting will follow Mass at the C.E. Hall (St. Andrew's United). The interment will take place at the Gainsborough Cemetery.
