Arcola/Lampman is on to the third round of provincials for Midget A boys hockey after knocking off the Estevan Bruins yesterday in Arcola with a 5-1 win.

Arcola/Lampman also took Game 1 of the two-game total-points series, winning that one 4-3 in Estevan. That was the first provincial action this season for Arcola/Lampman, as they had a first-round bye.

Next up for them in provincial action is a semifinal against the Yorkton Harvest. The dates for those games aren't set yet.

In the Moose Mountain Hockey League, Arcola/Lampman is on to Game 2 in the three-game first-round series in Kipling tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. Arcola/Lampman went undefeated through the regular season, winning 18 and tying two games. They beat Kipling 10-1 at home last Thursday to start their postseason.

Game 3 would be back in Arcola at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday.
