The midway point in the Saskota League season has come and gone with an early slate of this weeks games in the books. Teams will continue to make a push as they look to lock up a spot in the playoffs.

Tuesday, June 27th

Carlyle Cardinals (12-0) over Windthorst Pirates

Carnduff Astros (8-2) over Wawota Pats

Kenosee Cubs (5-5) tie Southeast Fireballs

The Chiefs tie on Monday leaves their record at 5-4-3, while the A's sit at 3-7-1. On Tuesday night Carlyle's shut out win over Windthorst pushed their standing to 8-2-2 good enough for first place with three more games played than the Tower Wolves who are nipping at their heels. The Pirates loss drops them to 2-8-1. Carnduff's win moves them up a spot in the standings with a 7-3 record, while the Pats loss slides their standing to 4-6. The tie between Kenosee and Southeast has the cubs stay put at 5-2-3, while the Fireballs are at the bottom with a record of 0-8-1.
