The Estevan Midget Bruins went face to face against the Regina Vics in a 2 game series this weekend.

During the first period the Bruins had the lead 3-0 bu then fell behind in the second period.

"The most important thing for us is to just make sure that the guys are kinda even keel the whole way. It's been a game where we're kinda all over the map, it's easy to get low on yourself and get up too high when you're winning. We just kinda have to stay in the course and keep our attitude straight the whole time," stated head coach Rylie Hangen.

"The come back in the end was huge. I think that was the first time we've actually won a game where we've been losing by 2 at one point, for us to do that is a pretty big confidence builder going forward. The Regina Vics are a pretty good team so to get two wins from them over this weekend is pretty huge for us."

" These last two weekends we picked up 4 wins so we're kind of making a move in the standings here. I think top 3 is our end goal for the regular season and to get that done we need to beat those guys. Hopefully we keep the wins going when we get back from the break."
