The Estevan Motor-speedway put on a 5 Division Race Saturday Evening. The Divisions included Slingshots, Sports Mod, IMCA modified, Hobby Stock and Street Stock.

Robby Rosselli, who placed 1st in the Sports Mod Division started off further back but eventually took the lead.

"I think I got to the lead like 5 laps into it. Just kinda being patient and see if the leader or whoever was in the leading made any mistakes, then just try to take that and try not to make any mistakes yourself and try to stay upfront. The Track had plenty of bite in it, some spots were slick and no traction. I mean if there's bite other places then that's where you want to run."

"We've never been here weekly, but the Estevan Motor-speedway decided that they were going to bring the Sport Mods on full time and I can't say thank you enough to those guys. I love coming up here, you can have a good night, you can have a bad night but you're still going to leave in a good mood. The people here at the track, the officials all the way to the people in the stands, they're awesome," shared Rosselli.

"It's a totally different atmosphere up here, I mean you're 2 hours from Minot which is my home town, and it's like a whole different world. Just the way you're treated up here is just second to none, you feel appreciated here and they want you to come back. I ended up picking up a silent sponsor up here so that was pretty cool."

Tyson Turnbull, who placed first in the IMCA Modified also had a rough start to the race but found his way to the front.

"I was shocked, I was coming out to just make some laps tonight, I didn't feel like I was totally ready to go. I did a lot of hard work on the car over the winter and I got some big improvements I think."

"It really went my way, other than that wreck in the heat race. I thought I was done right there, but ended up I was able to keep going and then we were able to get it fixed up a little bit before the feature. It was a lot of luck involved, that was for sure," stated Turnbull.

When Riley went out after the caution Tyson realized that there could have been a win for him.

"The other thing about it is Riley and Erin, they might have got to racing each other real hard and they might have slowed each other down down a little bit if they got racing real hard. It was one less car in front of me, but I was kind of hoping that those two would get to race each other as well."

"The track was changing there and I think my brothers line just kind of went away a little bit, maybe a little rougher down there. I was just trying to find a smooth line up there and just hang on and I wanted it real bad, that's for sure."

The people who placed 1st in other divisions include Riese Dignan in Hobby Stock and Jeremy Swanson in Street Stock.
