The southeast is set for puck drop on another busy weekend of minor hockey.

Saskatchewan AA Hockey League (SAAHL)

The Estevan Peewee Bruins (6-4-1) will look to extend a three game winstreak on Saturday and Sunday when they host the Melville Millionaires back to back. Meanwhile, the Estevan Midget Bruins (8-5-1) will try and return to their 5 game winstreak they had before a tie in their last match, hosting the Swift Current Broncos Saturday and Sunday.

The Estevan Bantam Bruins have the weekend off from league action, as they send several players to the Saskatchewan Hockey Association SaskFirst regional camp. 

Sask Female Hockey League (SFHL)

Coming off a tight 1-all tie against Milestone, the Estevan Bantam Bearcats (2-5-2) will look to get back in the win column against the Wood River Ice Cats on Saturday at home. Meanwhile, the Peewee Bearcats (4-4-0) host the Milestone Flyers on Sunday. 

Back home after their Hayley Wickenheiser Festival tournament in Calgary, the Southeast Goldwings (7-1-0) return to league action hosting Melville on Saturday and Sunday.

South East Minor Hockey League (SEMHL)

Teams from Estevan are in action all weekend long, from Friday onwards. It starts with the Peewee Thunder paying a visit to the Milestone Flyers, while the Atom Bruins host Radville and the Peewee Wolves host the Weyburn Wings.

On Saturday, the Estevan Atom Kings host Weyburn, while the Atom Tier 1 Bruins host the Melville Millionaires and Peewee Storm host Weyburn Wings.

Sunday sees the Atom Bruins host Weyburn, Atom Tier 1 Bruins host Melville again, and Peewee Wolves visit the Milestone Flyers.

Moose Mountain Minor Hockey League (MMMHL)

Action in the league starts on Saturday with the Estevan Novice 2 visiting Carnduff and the Midget Bears hosting Carlyle. On Sunday, Novice 2 visit Arcola, the Novice 3 host Alameda/Lampman, Novice 4 visit Carievale and Midget Bears visit Carnduff.
