The midget AA Bruins are preparing for their weekend in Melville.

"Right now we're worrying about some of our systems that we're putting in place at the start of the season. We're sharpening things up."

"As we've moved along," shared Coach Riley Hengen, "we've developed some chemistry with different lines, Going forward, we're trying to get better as a team."

And although they don't know too much about Melville yet, they are doing their best to prepare.

"We're trying to build game by game. Obviously, the goal is to get two wins when we get up there. We'll see if we can make that happen.

He added that they are dealing with a few injuries but he is still optimistic.

"I was pretty happy with the past weekend here how it came together and we got a big win with so many guys out fo the line-up. We're just being patient right now at the start of the season waiting for some guys to get healthy. I think we'll start rolling once that happens."

Puck drops on Saturday at 4 PM and then again on Sunday at 1 PM.
