With two third period goals, the peewee AA Estevan Meter Bruins were able to leave Weyburn with a tie.
Chase Foord and Carter Onrait scored to bring the Bruins back from two goals down to get the point in the south sask pee wee AA hockey league standings.
The Bruins have a 10-11-3 record in the league, which is impressive as only one player played AA in the league last year. They're currently nine points ahead of Weyburn in fifth place and 10 points ahead of Moose Jaw for sixth place.
They're now tied for third in the league and their final game is Saturday at Affinity Place against the Moose Jaw Warriors, in what might be a potential playoff preview.
In the playoffs, the top two teams will get a bye into the semifinal and the third place team will play sixth place, with the fourth and fifth place teams squaring off in the opening rounds. That opening round is scheduled for Feb. 16-24.
