Both the Estevan Century 21 Peewee Chargers and the Estevan Lions Club Bantam Oilers saw their seasons in the Moose Jaw Minor Football League come to an end on Wednesday night.

In the Peewee division the sixth place Moose Jaw Mustangs won 27-0 over the seventh place Estevan Century 21 Peewee Chargers in a game that Head Coach Jason Bresciani praised his young team for fighting hard.

"The kids played well, they tried their hardest and there was a lot of positive movement with the football. It wasn't so much the way we played but we just didn't get the breaks we needed to help us."

"With a lot of the kids being new to the game and even our veterans showed a ton of improvement and personal success. We definitely saw that. There's the potential of getting a lot of these kids back, the way they improved they will be stronger and knowledgeable and just be better all around."

In the Moose Jaw Minor Football League's Bantam Division, The fifth place Estevan Lions Club Bantam Oilers fell 40-6 to the fourth place Moose Jaw Raiders in their quarterfinal match up.
