It's been an up and down season for the ECS Elecs Senior girls volleyball team. 

However, improvement has been noted as the year's progressed, according to Head Coach Nicole Rogalski.

"We started off strong, and we've picked it up a little bit. We've been kind of steady throughout the season, with minor improvements from each of the players."

"They're a fairly strong group. We've had a conversation...about practicing our mindfulness and knowing what we need to work on, and looking for the positive aspect instead of focusing on what we're doing wrong. We've touched base a little bit on that, and I think they're slowly starting to improve on that."

The girls play their final invitational tournament November 2-3, and enter Regionals the following weekend.
