The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League released their schedule for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

The Power Dodge Estevan Bruins open the year with a home and home series against the Melville Millionaires. They'll travel to the Battlefords on Saturday, September 23rd to take on the defending SJHL champions, and will host the Northstars on Friday, November 17th in Estevan.

The busiest month for the Bruins will come in November where they play 13 games, including two trips up North. Both trips will include stops in Flin Flon, La Ronge and Nipawin.

The Christmas break will give the team 13 days off in between games. In January, the Bruins start the new year with a six game home-stand in the afternoon on New Years Day, against their highway rival Weyburn Redwings. They'll spend the next seven games on the road at the end January into the beginning of February, making it their longest road trip of the year.

Finally, the Bruins end the year just like they started, with a home and home series against the Melville Millionaires.
