Draw #10 kicked off the weekend with the final of the B-Event, deciding Qualifier #2 to join Colton Flasch in the playoffs. It will also feature three more teams shooting their last stones of the 2018 SaskTel Tankard from Affinity Place in Estevan.

B-EVENT

STEVE LAYCOCK (Saskatoon Nutana) vs BROCK VIRTUE (Kerrobert)

8-7 Virtue (11 ends) - Brock Virtue drew to the button in the extra end to defeat Steve Laycock and win the B-Event. Virtue will play the A-Event winner Colton Flasch at 7pm when the championship round begins Saturday night. Laycock will face Ryan Deis at 2pm for a playoff spot.

C-EVENT

BRENT GEDAK (Estevan Curling Club) vs SCOTT BITZ (Saskatoon Sutherland)

7-5 Bitz - The hometown rink was eliminated from the Tankard on Saturday morning as Scott Bitz defeated Brent Gedak. Bitz never trailed in the game and after Gedak stole 1 in the 9th, Bitz took out Gedak's tying stone in the 10th to secure the win. Bitz will now play Brady Kendel at 2pm for a playoff spot.

ADAM CASEY (Regina Highland) vs BRADY KENDEL (Saskatoon Sutherland)

9-7 Kendel - There will be a new Tankard champion and Saskatchewan representative at the Brier. Last year's winner Adam Casey was eliminated by Brady Kendel Saturday morning. Trailing 5-2 after 5 ends, Kendel counted 3 in the 6th and stole 3 in the 7th to take the lead and counted 1 in the 10th for the win. Kendel will now play Scott Bitz at 2pm for a playoff spot.

RYAN DEIS (Fox Valley) vs CARL DECONINICK-SMITH (Rosetown)

3-2 Deis - Ryan Deis eliminated Carl deConinick-Smith from the Tankard, scoring the winning point in the 10th end to take the low-scoring game. Deis will now play Steve Laycock at 2pm for a playoff spot.
