The Estevan Elite U12 girls softball team has yet to taste defeat this season, taking another tournament gold medal, this time in Moose Jaw over the weekend.

"The girls played really hard, had some good pitchers out. We played five games, and we met some tough teams towards the center of it, and they had to fight and kind of readjust how we're playing," shared Head Coach Randy Gooding.

Gooding noted that the team's most dominate strength has been on the mound, as opposing batters more often encounter strikes than not.

They now prepare for provincials in July, looking to continue their season long win streak, and will have opportunities to hone their skills along the way through practice and exhibition games.
