Water Polo President Melanie Dzeryk is going to be at City-Wide this year with her crew.

Dzeryk had this to say, "We are a club geared towards teaching kids how to swim while learning to love water-polo. So we have teams from ages 6 to 18, and there broken up based on their age and skill level. And we have practices 3 times a week, on Sunday's, Tuesday's and Thursdays. And our season starts in October and goes until the end of March."

As to how many kids the group is hoping to have this year, "Last year I believe we had about 66 kids in our program, which is a huge growth for us. Because a few years ago, we were down to around the 30's. So we expect the same numbers around 60 to 70 kids would be great at the end of fall."

They are not in need of coaches Dzeryk said, "We have a full coaching staff lined up this year, we have 8 coaches for our 4 different teams. And we are really excited because this is the first year we've had 8 coaches we've usually combined a couple age groups. But we've grown so much in the past, that we have a full roster this year."

Great Sport for physical activity and learning to work with a team.
