The Arcola Optimist Club held their annual snowmobile rally to raise funds towards their planned skate park and RV park.

"Our lottery proceeds are going to go towards the skateboard park and the RV park," shared Glen Lawson with the Optimists, "and we profited close to $23,000 on the lottery itself."

"On the rest of the day, about around $27,000 - 28,000. That money goes to different clubs that we help out like the curling club, the day care, figure skating club, rodeo committee, karate club, Moose Mountain Wildlife, Prairie Place, and Viper volleyball."

Brian Craig from Arcola won the first prize of an RV. Second prize went to Betty Jack and Tatum Hory from Carlyle and third went to Leanne Gravener from Langbank.
