Fillmore RCMP, Stoughton Fire Department, and Stoughton EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision on 13 Highway near Stoughton, Saskatchewan around 9:30 am, September 27th, 

"The investigation revealed that a passenger car, operated by the accused, crossed the centre line and collided with an oncoming semi unit," stated in a release from the Fillmore RCMP.

"Minor injuries were sustained by the driver of the car. Subsequent investigation has led to charges of impaired driving by drug, driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine for the purposes of trafficking, and other criminal code charges."

"A 34-year-old male from Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan will be appearing in Estevan Provincial Court on Monday, October 1, 2018, to answer to the charges."
