Southeast Newcomers Services held the Collage Festival today at the Estevan Exhibition Hall and it was a huge success.

Stephanie Davis with Southeast Newcomers Services shares, "It's gone exceptionally well. Every year we honour culture days in September, today we had our Collage festival. We host our Collage Festival every year, which it brings all our different cultures together that we have here in Estevan, so we had a lot of different cultures here today to participate. We had a lot of good food vendors, we had East Indian food, Asian/Philipino food, Ukranian food and more with a lot of variety. We also had performances by Drewitz School of Dance, Philipino Dancer, Zumba Dancing and a few others."

"My boss, Debbie Hagel, said that this is the best Collage Festival that she has seen so far, so I'm very excited that our hard work paid off. I didn't do this myself, it was my co-workers, they put this together, so they did an excellent job. I would like to thank SaskCulture, Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan and SWIS for helping to sponsor and fund some of the events. We are really grateful that they gave us funding so we could put this event together."
