The Energy City has proven over and over that they are always willing to open their pockets to a good cause.

That was exemplified over the weekend, as residents of Estevan crowded into Woodlawn Regional Park for a bright time.

"We are so proud to announce that we raised over $28,000 profit at our 3rd annual Color My Foundation Run," stated Executive Director Becky Conly.

"This will pay for of the new women's health and cervical cancer screening clinic, and we will be able to make up the rest of the cost with previous donations that we have received."

She added that they are still taking donations towards the cause.

The team that raised the largest amount was team MNP, to the total sum of $6,000.
