Jumping back into another school year is an exciting for some children, but for others it's something they dread all summer long, and when the time comes, it's overwhelming.

"The start of the school year always is a new season of transition, so it can be very stressful for some families. If there's already issues in the family, a certain crisis or family breakup, or relationship problems, a transition like back to school can be very difficult," said Tania Andrist of Envision Counseling.

"If there is problems in the family, and if there is a family that is struggling out there I encourage them to call."

Andrist stressed that it's important to find help for the stresses that are present at this time of year, both on the family side and when entering the school once again.
