Drivers around Estevan are being warned of a few construction jobs going on around town.

"SaskPower crews are remapping high traffic areas," explained City Safety Officer, Helen Fornwald, "such as King Street, Fourth Street, Souris Ave, and Perkins Street for the next two weeks, potentially closing lanes. Motorists are requested to slow down in these areas and use caution."

"As well, construction work at the intersection of Kensington Ave and Devonian St will be restricted to single lane traffic north and southbound on the far west lane. There will be no access from Devonian St east onto Kensington Ave during construction."

The intersection will remain closed until the construction has been completed.

"A detour route has been set up on Escana St."

Also, the City is working on the 1200 block of Kohaly Ave from Nicholson Road to Lynd Cres.
