The Estevan Police Service may have had minus 30 temperatures and wind to deal with, but it didn't deter them from staying busy.

Sgt. Kevin Reed, "Police received a call of a suspicious vehicle and individual, police located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop last night. The occupants were identified, but nothing further resulted from that complaint."

The roads may have been a bit slick, but no excuse to leave if you have hit something, "Police also received a report of a vehicle failing to remain at the scene of an accident. A legally parked vehicle was damaged by another vehicle on a business parking lot. The matter is still under investigation."

"Police received a report of a Commercial Business Alarm. Police attended and found the building to be secure and no signs of being tampered with. The alarm company called the Police to advise the alarm was canceled while the members were on the scene. Police received a request for information from another Police Service. The information was forwarded to the requesting Police Service."
