Two women appeared in Estevan Provincial Court to answer to charges relating to a break and enter of the old Frobisher school - now used as a residence on May 11, 2018.

Lindsey Mueller, of Estevan, entered guilty pleas to break and enter and possession of a narcotic. She was given a 12 month suspended sentence.

During the sentence, she will also be on probation and required to follow certain conditions including abstaining from drugs and alcohol, not attending bars or licenced establishments and well as not having any contact with the co-accused. She will also be required to pay a $300 victim surcharge.

The co-accused, Asley Hagon, was not present in court, due to medical reasons. She was represented by her common-law husband, Devin Glasser. She will appear again on July 30th. She has not entered pleas to these charges.
