The driver of a transport truck that collided with the Humboldt Broncos bus in early April will have his first court date tomorrow.

Jaskirat Sidhu, who was arrested last week, will appear in Provincial Court in Melfort on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.

Sidhu was charged last week with 16 counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and 13 counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
