Troy Ruzicka, the former teacher, was back in court yesterday morning. His charges were put over to the next court appearance which will be August 14, 2017 at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse.
He has been charged with Child Luring (5 counts), Sexual Exploitation (3 counts), Aggravated Sexual Assault (1 count), Sexual Assault (1 count), Transmission of Child Pornography (1 count) and Accessing Child Pornography (1 count).
No pleas have been entered at this time.
