Calvin Stachniak of Young, SK was sentenced on Monday at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse. He pleaded guilty to a charge of break and enter stemming from an incident back in September.

He was given a conditional discharge, twelve months of probation and was ordered to pay restitution of $4,658.40.
